Description: Staff Nurse - OT
Should prepare the sterile trolley and assist the surgeon in any of the specialties
Should maintain the standard of sterility & follow preventive processes.
Training of the Jr. Staff
Should follow pre-op; post-op protocol and ensure patient’s safety and comfort.
Should maintain required equipment; lenses & inventory.
Team Management
Should be able to manage crisis.
