Experience: Fresher to 2 Years (Diploma / B.E - Mechanical)

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Monitor and supervise day-to-day production activities to achieve production targets.
Ensure smooth workflow and efficient utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments for uninterrupted operations.
Maintain daily production reports, shift reports, and production records.
Ensure adherence to production schedules and timely completion of assigned work.
Follow and enforce safety procedures, housekeeping (5S), and company policies on the shop floor.
Assist in identifying production issues and support corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure proper discipline and attendance of shop floor employees.




Basic knowledge of fabrication/manufacturing processes and production planning will be an added advantage.
Positive communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
Ability to work in shifts and handle production-related responsibilities effectively.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
