We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Business Analyst + Manual Tester Trainees in the Healthcare domain. This is a 3-month structured training program(Remote) designed to make you industry-ready, followed by an prospect for full time employment based on performance.

Key Responsibilities (During Training & After Onboarding)
Learn and assist in requirement gathering and documentation:
Analyze healthcare workflows and business processes
Conduct competitor research to improve product features
Prepare documents like:
BRD (Business Requirement Document)
User Stories
Functional Specifications
Perform manual testing:
Test case creation
Test execution
Bug reporting & tracking
Work closely with development teams to ensure quality delivery




Participate in product improvement discussions

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
