Job responsibilities
Payroll processing for APAC locations, ensuring accurate and timely payroll
Co-ordinate with various stakeholders for payroll & offboarding inputs/documents, fundings to ensure deliverables are met.
Follow agreed SOP in day to day operations and look for ways of improving processes
Excellent organization & time management skills.



Should exercise good judgment in prioritizing deliverables for oneself and team
Very solid calculation / analytical skills
Tax Year-end activities to meet regulatory timelines and reporting
Good communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
Escalate issues in a timely and effective manner
Handling External and Internal Audits
Identify / encourage process improvement opportunities
Should be flexible to adapt changes, multi task in a quick-paced environment and meet deadlines

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Graduate with minimum 5 years of experience
Demonstrated analytical skills including attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Intelligent Automation applications

Work schedule
Must be able to work flexible hours Monday through Friday and some schedules may include Saturday
