Role Overview

We are looking for a highly proactive, organized, and dynamic Executive Assistant to the CEO who will work closely with the CEO to drive business operations, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional coordination. This role requires someone who is resourceful, detail-oriented, technologically savvy, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, travel, and business schedules.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, Minutes of Meeting (MoMs),



and business documents.
Track key projects, follow up with departments, and ensure timely execution of action items.
Liaise with vendors, agencies, consultants, and business partners on behalf of the CEO.
Conduct market research, gather business insights, and support strategic decision-making.
Monitor operational dashboards, business metrics, and project timelines.
Handle confidential business information with professionalism and discretion.
Support the CEO in daily operational, administrative, and strategic activities.
Assist in organizing business reviews, leadership meetings, and cross-functional initiatives.
