We're looking for an experienced Manager - Accounts & Finance to take ownership of our accounting and finance function.

Role Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesZoho Books & Accounting
Manage day-to-day accounting operations independently through Zoho Books.
Handle AP, AR, General Ledger, invoicing, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure accurate accounting records and timely month-end and year-end closing.
Generate financial and management reports from Zoho Books.
Review accounting discrepancies and improve finance processes.

Finance, MIS & Compliance
Prepare and review P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and MIS reports.




Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, and vendor payments.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Skilled Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate with CAs, auditors, banks, and external consultants.

Inventory & Controls
Manage inventory accounting, valuation, and stock reconciliation.
Review purchase transactions, vendor invoices, and costing.
Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Operations, and Store teams.
Support internal and statutory audits.
Strengthen financial controls and recommend process improvements or automation.

Team Management
Lead and mentor the Accounts team.
Allocate work, review deliverables, and ensure accounting and compliance deadlines are met.
Work closely with HR, Operations, Sales, and Leadership.
