As a People Business Partner, you will be responsible for creating and implementing the people strategy that enables the execution of financial, operational, and strategic business objectives across SHL's Digital function. Working as part of the Global People Business Partnering team, you will partner closely with senior leaders to attract, retain, engage, and develop talent while embedding SHL's values and ways of working across the organization.

What you will be doing:
Lead the People agenda for the Digital Team, ensuring alignment with the global SHL People Plan and business objectives while acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
Partner with leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, including organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and the development of high-performing, engaged teams.
Shape talent strategies through talent planning, succession management, retention initiatives, leadership development, and performance management to build a robust talent pipeline.
Provide expert guidance on employee relations and HR best practices, supporting leaders on complex people matters while ensuring a positive employee experience.
