Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate/Manager to drive hospital and clinic onboarding, lead generation, and relationship management across assigned territories. This is a field sales role focused on acquiring new clients, pitching healthcare solutions, and growing our presence across key geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers for our services
Generate qualified leads through cold visits, references, and local networking
Conduct sales presentations, demos, and pitch customized solutions
Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers at healthcare institutions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent field activity
Manage and expand presence within the assigned territory or zone
Gather feedback from the market to improve offerings and services
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
Maintain updated reports of visits, leads, closures,



and customer interactions

Key Skills Required:
Robust skills in client acquisition, lead generation, and sales pitching
Prior experience in hospital sales / healthcare marketing is an advantage
Proficiency in B2B field sales and territory management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High confidence, self-motivation, and ability to work independently
Solid follow-up and closure orientation

Eligibility & Requirements:
Graduation
Minimum 1 year of field sales experience preferred
Two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory for travel
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
