My Travel Plans is a growing travel agency specializing in international air ticketing, particularly Canada-India routes. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Agent to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Book domestic and international flight tickets.
Assist customers with flight changes, cancellations, and rebookings.
Provide accurate fare quotations and travel advice.
Maintain excellent customer service and follow up with clients.
Coordinate with airlines and suppliers to resolve travel-related issues.
Keep booking records updated and organized.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a travel agency is preferred.
Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus,
Sabre, or Galileo) is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
Strong sales and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
