Analyze daily sales reports and identify growth prospects.
Plan and execute local store marketing initiatives.
Improve average order value, customer footfall, and repeat business.
Support current store openings and expansion activities.

Team Management
Recruit, train,



and mentor Outlet Managers and restaurant teams.
Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
Build a high-performance culture focused on customer service and operational excellence.
Ensure proper manpower planning and staff scheduling.
Reduce employee attrition through engagement and development initiatives.

Customer Experience
Maintain high standards of customer service across all outlets.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
