Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized Recruitment & HR Executive with 2+ years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations. The role requires hands-on involvement in hiring interns and full-time employees while ensuring smooth HR processes and employee engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment for interns and full-time roles
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports

HR Operations
Handle employee onboarding and documentation:
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data
Support payroll coordination and HR compliance activities
Manage internship documentation, offer letters, and certificates
Assist in implementing HR policies and internal processes

Employee Engagement & Support
Act as the point of contact for employee and intern queries
Support engagement activities, feedback collection, and basic performance tracking




Ensure positive employee experience and adherence to company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field:
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations
Experience hiring interns, freshers, and junior roles:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets:
Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring requirements

Good to Have (preferred)
Experience in edtech, training institutes, or startups:
Familiarity with ATS, HRMS, or recruitment tools
Campus hiring or internship program experience
