As we expand across NCR and North India, we are looking for a highly execution-driven HR skilled to build world-class recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management systems.

Position Summary

We are looking for an energetic, result-oriented Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Manager who can independently manage recruitment, employee lifecycle, HR operations, and performance management while working closely with the Founder & CEO.

This is a leadership role with complete ownership of HR execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
Conduct minimum daily interviews and maintain hiring pipelines.
Manage Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri and other recruitment platforms.
Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.

Employee Onboarding




Conduct structured employee induction.
Introduce recent employees to company vision, culture, policies, SOPs, and reporting structure.
Ensure completion of joining documentation and compliance.

HR Operations
Maintain employee records and documentation.
Manage attendance, leave, confirmations, probation, and employee files.
Ensure HR policy implementation across departments.

Performance Management
Conduct weekly performance reviews.
Track KPIs and KRAs.
Maintain employee performance reports.
Support management in implementing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).

Employee Engagement
Conduct monthly engagement activities.
Resolve employee grievances.
Maintain a positive work culture.

Compliance & Documentation
Prepare HR letters, notices, warning letters, disciplinary documentation, and exit formalities.
Coordinate with management on employee compliance matters.
