Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Event Coordinator / Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The role involves end-to-end event coordination, client acquisition, sponsorship outreach, and execution support for high-profile corporate and CSR events.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new corporate clients and sponsors through cold calling and outreach
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
Assist in planning,



coordination, and execution of corporate and CSR events
Handle sponsorship proposals, negotiations, and closures
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless event delivery
Conduct follow-ups with leads and maintain CRM records
Support on-ground event execution when required
Ensure smooth communication between clients and operations teams
