Rajiv Gandhi Degree College is looking for a versatile, sharp, and multi-talented YouTube Content Creator & Media Specialist to take full ownership of our educational YouTube channel. This isn't just a traditional video editing job. We are looking for an "all-in-one" powerhouse who can research complex topics, edit high-retention videos, and leverage cutting-edge generative AI tools to create stunning visual assets. If you are deeply curious, highly effective, and capable of turning academic, technical, and investigative concepts into viral, premium educational content, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities
Premium Video Editing: Script, cut, and polish long-form educational videos and short-form reels/shorts with agile pacing, motion graphics, clean sound design, and color grading.
AI Visual Art & Asset Creation: Use generative AI tools (like Midjourney, Reliable Diffusion, or DALL-E) to generate highly realistic, cinematic, or conceptual background images, historical re-creations,



and custom assets to visually back up the narrative.
Deep Research & Fact-Checking: Deep-dive into topics ranging from AI, Data Science, and Cyber Security to history and current events to find accurate information, data, and supporting media.
Thumbnail & Graphic Design: Design click-worthy, high-CTR (Click-Through Rate) thumbnails using a mix of Photoshop and AI-generated imagery. Channel
Management & Optimization: Write compelling SEO titles, descriptions, and tags to maximize organic reach and viewer engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Advanced Video Editing: Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Experience with After Effects for motion graphics is a huge plus.
AI Tool Literacy: Proven experience using AI image generators to create specific, high-quality visual backgrounds and assets.
