Job Responsibilities
Make and receive calls from patients in the United States.
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
Follow up with patients regarding appointments and related information.
Assist patients by answering their queries in a professional and courteous manner.
Update and maintain patient records in company systems.
Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive patient experience.

Eligibility Criteria
Good spoken and written English communication skills.
Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service, Telecalling, Voice Process,



International BPO, Domestic BPO, or a similar role.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Comfortable working in night shifts.
Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in customer support or healthcare processes.
Ability to communicate confidently over phone calls.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
