Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, negotiate, and finalise commercial contracts, vendor agreements, customer agreements, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, purchase agreements, and service contracts.
Ensure contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
Identify contractual risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Project teams during contract negotiations.
Maintain contract documentation, renewals, amendments, and contract repositories.
Monitor contract performance, obligations, milestones, and deliverables.
Support dispute resolution and contract interpretation when required.
Lead negotiations with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
Develop and improve contract management processes and templates.
Ensure timely execution and renewal of contracts.
Assist in audits and compliance reviews related to contractual obligations.
Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual terms and conditions.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
