Your Role
Engage with walk-in, phone, and online enquiries
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services
Generate and follow up on sales leads
Build long-term customer relationships and drive repeat business
Explain service packages, detailing solutions, performance upgrades, and other offerings
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth customer experience
Maintain customer records and sales reports
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
