About the Role:The E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the online sales channels of the company. The specialist will work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to achieve business goals and drive growth in the eCommerce sector.

Responsibilities:
Marketplace Strategy Development
Develop and execute strategies to enhance the company’s presence and performance on online marketplaces.
Identify prospects for growth and optimize listings to increase visibility and sales.

Product Listing Management
Create, update, and manage product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
Ensure product information is accurate, compelling, and optimized for search within the marketplace.

Inventory Management
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure stock availability.




Implement strategies to manage and reduce out-of-stock and overstock situations.

Campaign & Promotion Management
Develop and manage promotional campaigns, including deals, discounts, and special offers, to drive traffic and sales.
Utilize marketplace advertising tools and strategies (e.g., Amazon Sponsored Products) to increase product visibility.

Performance Analysis & Reporting
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales volume, conversion rates, and customer reviews.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to optimize marketplace performance.

Customer Service & Feedback Management
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback in a timely and qualified manner.
Address and resolve any issues related to orders, returns, and refunds to maintain high customer satisfaction.
