Purpose

As a Manager: Operations (Execution), you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of site engineering and management. This includes conducting surveys to verify site details, providing technical advice and support, reviewing plans and materials for accuracy, ensuring quality control, managing changes, overseeing material requisition and waste control, maintaining documentation, and reporting progress to stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the in office team, delegating tasks, providing guidance, and fostering effective teamwork.

Role and Responsibilities

1 Site Survey and Verification
Conduct surveys to verify physical details of the site and cross-check with final drawings to identify any discrepancies.

2 Technical Advising
Act as the primary technical adviser in office, providing guidance and support to subcontractors and operations.

3 Plan Checking and Material Oversight
Review plans, drawings, and material quantities to ensure accuracy and oversee all material received on site, reporting any shortages or damages promptly.





4 Quality Assurance
Ensure that all materials used and work performed comply with specifications and drawings, and conduct quality control checks at every stage of installation.

5 Change Management
Coordinate with the Project Manager for any site-level changes, ensuring proper discussion and approval before implementation.

6 Material Requisition and Management
Oversee the selection and requisition of materials, and control site waste and expenses in accordance with company policies.

7 Documentation and Reporting
Maintain detailed documentation of site engineering activities, prepare daily and weekly reports as required, and communicate regularly with clients and project stakeholders.

8 Team Management
Supervise and manage team members in office, delegating tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring effective teamwork.

Qualifications and Experience

Education:
Graduate, BE. / B.
