Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned shops and customers as per the collection schedule.
Collect monthly payments and ensure timely submission of collected amounts.
Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions.
Follow up with customers regarding pending payments.
Build and maintain good relationships with shop owners and customers.
Coordinate with the reporting manager regarding collection status and issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly collection reports.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline.
Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage field visits effectively.
Basic knowledge of record-keeping and reporting.
Prior experience in collections, sales, or field operations will be an added advantage.
