Recruitment and onboarding of employees across departments.
Managing employee attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and HR records.
Handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
Developing and implementing HR policies and company procedures.
Conducting performance reviews and employee engagement activities.
Coordinating training, development, and team-building programs.
Maintaining employee data, documentation, and compliance records month-wise.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR management tools.
Min 5 yrs experience as HR Manager is required.:
Experience in Manufaturing/ IT is a Plus.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
