Key Responsibilities
Create and manage product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.
Process and manage customer orders from receipt to dispatch.
Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
Monitor inventory levels and update stock across marketplaces.
Handle customer queries, returns, and refunds.
Track marketplace performance and generate sales reports.
Ensure product data accuracy and compliance with marketplace guidelines.

Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in E-commerce Operations.




Experience working with Amazon Seller Central, Etsy Seller Dashboard, Shopify, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of product listing and catalog management.
Understanding of order processing and inventory management.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.

Preferred Skills
Experience with international marketplaces.
Knowledge of SEO for product listings.
Familiarity with shipping and fulfillment processes.

Pay: ₹9,738.47 - ₹34,265.24 per month
