We’re looking for a motivated and skilled CRM Executive.
Requirements:
Maintain and update CRM database accurately
Manage and follow up on customer leads and existing clients
Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service
Generate service reports and maintain records
Basic computer & CRM software knowledge
