Lead and guide Customer Relation Associates to maintain high standards of customer service.
Collect and share customer feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain an organized, attractive, and welcoming store workplace that reflects the brand’s identity.
Support inventory management, stock monitoring, merchandising, and display arrangements as required.
Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
