Position Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for generating recent business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, increasing company revenue, and expanding Kriday Constructions' market presence. The role requires strategic planning, client acquisition, proposal preparation, negotiation, and coordination with technical and project teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
Identify and generate recent business opportunities.
Develop relationships with architects, consultants, builders, developers, industries,



hospitals, schools, and corporate clients.
Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and field visits.
Explore government and private sector opportunities.

Sales Management
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare project proposals and commercial quotations.
Conduct client presentations and project discussions.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and forecast.

Client Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with clients.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Address client queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.

Market Development
Monitor competitors and market trends.
Identify recent business segments and emerging opportunities.
