About the Role

Trinity Soft Solutions is hiring a Senior Data Analystfor its client, American Express. This role is part of the US Consumer Marketing Analytics & Investment Services team, focused on leveraging analytics, AI, experimentation, and customer insights to drive customer acquisition, personalization, and marketing investment optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer behavior and marketing treatments across digital and non-digital channels.
Develop frameworks to evaluate customer personalization strategies and measure business impact.
Perform advanced analytics using structured and unstructured datasets to identify opportunities for customer acquisition and engagement.
Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to optimize marketing performance.
Build analytical models and provide actionable recommendations for business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Decision Science, Technology, and Analytics.




Present insights and business recommendations to stakeholders through effective visualizations and presentations.
Support continuous improvement of marketing analytics processes and personalization frameworks.

Required SkillsTechnical Skills
Strong proficiency in Python:
Hands-on experience with SQL/Hive for querying large datasets
Experience working with big data environments
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis
Expertise in experimental design, A/B testing, and performance measurement
Experience with data visualization and presenting analytical insights

Functional Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions
Experience working with marketing analytics and customer data
