About the Role

Responsibilities:
Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
Plan and create engaging content, including photos, reels, stories, and promotional posts.
Design marketing materials, posters, menus, and social media graphics.
Shoot and edit high-quality videos for promotions and events.
Develop creative content ideas to increase customer engagement.
Schedule and publish content regularly.
Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements.
Stay updated with the latest design, social media, and AI trends.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Proficiency in Canva for quick and creative designs.
Experience with AI-powered creative tools for design, image generation, video editing, and content creation.
Good photography and videography skills.
Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.




Excellent creativity, communication, and storytelling skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, hospitality, or food & beverage brand.
Portfolio showcasing graphic design, social media campaigns, and video editing work.
Basic knowledge of branding and digital marketing.
