Job Description: Review and analyze patient medical records to extract relevant clinical information in line with defined guidelines and criteria.
Summarize key medical insights in a clear, concise, and structured format for further review or decision-making.
Ensure compliance with clinical standards, documentation protocols, and data confidentiality requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to clarify clinical details and maintain high-quality output within defined timelines.

Qualifications: Qualifications:
MBBS in India or MD (foreign medical graduates)

MCI license - preferred, not mandatory

Prior experience with US health care preferred (not mandatory)

Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PPT)

Experience:
Clinical experience: Minimum 1 year

Coding experience must

Auditing experience (Optional)

Communication Skill:
Strong written (documentation) and oral communication skills

Working Hours:
40 hours per week as Full-time employee
Shift time: 08:00AM TO 05:00PM IST
Weekends Off
