Manage complete factory operations and daily production activities.
Ensure all production teams and factory employees perform their duties efficiently.
Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are achieved on time.
Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding order priorities, customer commitments, and dispatch planning.
Ensure same-day dispatch orders are completed and dispatched on the committed date without delays.:
Monitor production progress and take corrective action to avoid delays.
Handle employee grievances and maintain smooth factory operations.
Ensure proper coordination between production, quality, dispatch, and sales departments.
Maintain discipline, attendance, and workforce accountability.
Monitor quality standards and minimize rework and rejection.
Ensure productive utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
Prepare and share production and operational reports with management.
