Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Display Networks, and other relevant digital platforms.
Drive qualified enquiries for residential treatment programs and outpatient consultations.
Develop audience targeting strategies based on demographics, interests, intent signals, and customer behavior.
Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize lead quality and return on investment.
Continuously test and optimize campaign performance through audience segmentation, bidding strategies, creatives, and landing pages.

Lead Generation & Funnel Management
Monitor and optimize the entire lead journey from enquiry to admission.
Improve enquiry quality and conversion rates.
Work closely with telecalling, admissions, and front-office teams to improve lead-to-admission conversion.
Track and optimize Cost per Lead (CPL), Cost per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Revenue Attribution.

Analytics & Reporting
Set up and maintain Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel,



conversion tracking, and CRM integrations.
Develop dashboards and reports for daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
Present marketing performance and growth prospects to management.

Website & Landing Page Optimization
Work with designers, developers, and content teams to improve landing page conversion rates.
Conduct A/B testing of landing pages, offers, creatives, and messaging.
Improve website performance and user experience to increase enquiry generation.

SEO & Organic Growth Support
Coordinate with internal and external SEO resources.
Support content and keyword strategies focused on treatment programs and healthcare services.
Monitor organic traffic and lead generation performance.

Creative Strategy
Collaborate with content creators, photographers, videographers, and designers.
