Customer Care Executive

Location: Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹14,000 - ₹16,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Key Responsibilities
Attend and answer daily customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer complaints, returns, replacements, and order-related issues.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up until closure.
Provide excellent customer service with explicit and effective communication.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
Meet daily response and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Care or E-commerce Support.




Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Gujarati preferred).
Ability to handle all types of customers calmly and professionally.
Positive problem-solving and coordination skills.

Salary

₹14,000 - ₹16,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
