Inspection of Stamped Parts using measuring instruments like Profile Projector, Tool Makers microscope, VMS, Force gauge, Vernier, Micrometres etc.
SAP awareness - inward & outward transactions.
Knowledge of Statistical tools, Print reading, Problem solving techniques, Mistake proofing, APQP process are essential
Use standard measuring instruments, both mechanical and electronic.
Read and understand Engineering drawings, GD&T;, specifications, FAI documents & reports
Support, Handling manufacturing / vendor in resolving quality issues.
Flexibility to Work in shifts depending on need basis.
Handling nonconformities using QC tools.
Robust communication and coordinate internal & external stake holders.

FA, Setup, Patrol & Final Inspection and Line Audit, Dock Audit executing Quality Incoming activities
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
