After building a strong community in Bangalore, we're now bringing Chakra to Bombay—and we're looking for someone who will help us build this chapter from the ground up.

The Role

As Studio Manager, you are the heartbeat of the studio.

You'll own everything that makes a rider's experience seamless—from the moment they walk through our doors until they leave wanting to come back. You'll lead the front-of-house team, ensure every class runs flawlessly, maintain exceptional operational standards, and build meaningful relationships with our community.

What You'll OwnStudio Operations
Oversee the day-to-day running of the studio.
Ensure every class starts and ends on time.




Maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation across the studio.
Manage opening and closing procedures.
Ensure all operational SOPs are followed consistently.

Community & Guest Experience
Create a warm, welcoming experience for every rider.
Build genuine relationships with members and remember returning riders.
Handle customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.
Create moments of delight that make Chakra feel personal.

Team Management
Lead and manage the front desk team.
Schedule shifts and ensure adequate staffing.
Train current team members on Chakra standards and hospitality.
Conduct regular team check-ins and performance reviews.
Foster a culture of accountability, kindness, and excellence.

Instructor & Class Operations
Coordinate with instructors to ensure classes run smoothly.
Ensure instructors have everything needed before class.
Manage substitutions and operational changes.
