We need someone who combines Google/LinkedIn Ads expertise with daily AI tool usage (ChatGPT/Claude). This isn't just running adsit's using AI to write copy, analyze data, and automate reporting.

Mandatory Must-Haves:
2+ years Google Ads experience with measurable B2B lead generation
Daily hands-on use of ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini for ad copy, keyword research, and reporting
Proven B2B lead gen track record (not vanity traffic)
Minimum 4-hour overlap with UAE hours (10 AM - 6 PM GMT+4)
Excellent written English for reports and ad copy
Deep understanding of Primary vs Secondary Conversions in Google Ads.
