Job Title: Equity Research Analyst
Location: Sector 96, Noida (In office)
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Saturday)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Conduct fundamental analysis of listed companies across various sectors.
Analyze financial statements, annual reports, earnings releases, and corporate announcements.
Prepare equity research reports, company updates, and investment recommendations.
Monitor market trends, economic developments, and sector-specific news.
Evaluate business models, competitive positioning, growth prospects, and valuation metrics.
Build and maintain financial models, projections, and valuation frameworks.
Track company performance, management commentary, and key industry developments.
Assist in identifying investment opportunities based on fundamental research and market analysis.
Collaborate with technical analysts, traders, and content teams to provide research-backed insights.
Maintain research databases and ensure timely updates of company and sector information.

Required Skills:




Solid understanding of Equity Research and Fundamental Analysis.:
Ability to analyze financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.
Knowledge of valuation methodologies such as DCF, Relative Valuation, P/E, EV/EBITDA, and other financial metrics.
Good understanding of stock markets, corporate finance, and economic indicators.
Solid analytical, research, and quantitative skills.
Excellent report writing and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
Ability to interpret complex financial information and convert it into actionable insights.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 yearof experience in Equity Research, Financial Analysis, Investment Research, or a similar role.
