We are seeking an experienced Industrial Spray Painter responsible for surface preparation,

spray painting, and finishing of transformer and electrical equipment components. The

Key Responsibilities

Surface Preparation
Clean, sand, grind, and prepare surfaces before painting.
Remove rust, oil, dust, and contaminants.

Painting Activities
Perform spray painting of:
Transformer tanks
Fabricated components
Frames
Accessories and mounting structures
Sheet metal enclosures
Panels
Ensure proper paint thickness and finish quality.

Quality Control
Inspect painted surfaces for defects.
Ensure uniform paint coverage and finish.
Rectify paint defects such as runs, orange peel, pinholes, and uneven coating.

Equipment Maintenance
Operate and maintain spray guns,



compressors, and painting equipment.
Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of painting tools.

Safety
Follow all painting safety procedures.
Properly use PPE such as masks, gloves, and protective equipment.
Handle paints, thinners, and chemicals safely.

Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with industrial spray painting.
Knowledge of primers, epoxy paints, PU paints, and industrial coatings.
Ability to achieve high-quality industrial finishes.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
