About the Role

CyTech Consulting is looking for a proactive, strategic, and growth-oriented HR Manager & HR Advisor to help establish and develop our HR function from the ground up.





Key Responsibilities1. HR Strategy & Function Development
Establish and develop the HR function for a growing startup.
Create a structured HR framework aligned with the company's business objectives.
Develop HR strategies to support organizational growth and workforce planning.
Work closely with the founders and management team on people-related and organizational matters.
Provide HR insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
HR Policies, SOPs & Process Development
Create, document, implement, and maintain HR-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs ).
Develop employee handbooks, HR policies, workplace guidelines, and internal processes.
Establish structured processes for:
Recruitment and selection
Employee on boarding and induction
Attendance and leave management
Performance management
Employee engagement
Employee development
Grievance handli
