Required Technical Competency:
1.Additional certification in Hardware, Networking, Server Administration, CCNA, Microsoft, or equivalent IT infrastructure courses.
Experience in manufacturing / engineering industry IT support will be preferred
Desktop and laptop troubleshooting
Hardware replacement such as RAM, SSD/HDD, battery, SMPS, keyboard, display and other components
Windows installation, driver installation and software configuration
Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams and Microsoft 365 support
Basic networking knowledge including IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN and internet connectivity troubleshooting
Printer, scanner and peripheral installation and configuration
Basic Active Directory user support such as user creation, password reset,



account unlock and access support 10. Basic server administration
Basic firewall, router, switch and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
IT asset management
End-user support in manufacturing plant setting
Documentation of IT support activities, asset records and SOPs
Coordination with IT vendors and service providers
Basic backup monitoring and escalation
Awareness of IT security and data protection practices
