Freshers

Salary: Up to ₹3.15 LPA (Approx. ₹19,000 take-home per month)

Eligibility:
Graduates & Undergraduates
Excellent English communication skills (Written & Verbal)
Basic computer and typing skills
Willing to work in 24×7 rotational shifts
Immediate joiners preferred

Experienced - International Voice

Salary: Up to ₹4.10 LPA

Eligibility:
Minimum 12 months of International BPO/Customer Support experience
Excellent English communication skills
Willing to work in 24×7 rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries professionally through voice support.




Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
Achieve individual and team performance targets.
