Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Product Inspection:
Perform thorough evaluations of finished goods to verify compliance with technical blueprints and GD&T; specifications.
Assess parts based on defined tolerances, critical-to-quality (CTQ) dimensions, material specifications, surface finishes, and overall fit/function requirements.
Measurement & Instrumentation:
Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing precision inspection tools, including Vernier calipers, Micrometers, and Video Measuring Machines (VMM).
Data Integrity & Documentation:
Compile and maintain comprehensive quality records, such as final inspection reports, Material Test Certificates (MTC/TC), plating specifications, and torque test results.
Log all inspection findings, including exact measurements and test results, ensuring all pass/fail decisions are tracked against specific batch or serial numbers.
Defect Identification & Reporting:
Expertly detect visual, documented,



and dimensional defects.
Formally document and report quality discrepancies to ensure timely resolution.
Administrative & Technical Proficiency:
Utilize MS Office suite effectively, with advanced expertise in Excel (including formulas, functions, conditional formatting, and rules) as well as Word and PowerPoint.
Maintain familiarity with specialized inspection software or inventory management systems.
Interdepartmental Coordination:
Communicate clearly and effectively with the warehouse, procurement, and production teams.
Collaborate with vendors to address and resolve issues regarding non-conforming materials.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
