Attendance & Punctuality
Report to duty at least 10 minutes before the scheduled shift.
Attendance must be marked through the designated attendance system.
Unauthorized absences or repeated late arrivals may lead to disciplinary action.

Grooming Standards
Uniform must be clean, ironed, and worn correctly at all times.
Maintain neat hair, trimmed nails, and excellent personal hygiene.
No excessive jewellery, solid perfumes, or unprofessional appearance.

Mobile Phone Policy
Personal mobile phones are not permitted during service hours except with management approval.




Phones may only be used during designated breaks.

Guest Interaction
Never argue with guests.
Maintain skilled language and behaviour at all times.
Avoid discussing internal company matters, salaries, or personal issues with guests.

Service Standards
Tables should always remain clean and presentable.
Dirty dishes must be cleared promptly.
Maintain awareness of guest needs without waiting to be called.

Hygiene & Safety
Follow all food safety, cleaning, and sanitation procedures.
Report equipment damage, spillages, or hazards immediately.

Inventory Responsibility
