Role Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Manager - B2B to drive bulk sales and develop business with wholesalers, distributors and other B2B Network. The role involves market visits, client acquisition, deal closure, and relationship management.

Job Profile -

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets by generating consistent bulk orders from the market
Develop new B2B customers including distributors, wholesalers, HoReCa, and institutional buyers
Maintain a solid pipeline of potential clients to ensure continuous business prospects
Convert maximum qualified leads into confirmed business through regular follow-ups and negotiation
Ensure repeat orders from existing clients by maintaining strong relationships and service levels
Increase revenue contribution from key accounts by expanding product range and order size
Maintain a healthy average order value to improve overall sales productivity
Ensure timely collection of payments and minimize overdue outstanding
Maintain credit discipline and control exposure as per company policy




Expand market reach by identifying and developing recent areas and business segments
Appoint and activate distributors to strengthen the distribution network
Conduct regular market visits to maintain robust customer engagement and visibility
Track competitor pricing, product offerings, and market trends
Maintain accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, pipeline, and performance
Ensure profitability in sales by maintaining required margins and avoiding low-margin deals
