Position: ABA Therapist
Location: KUDOZ CARE, Ghaziabad
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time
Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one ABA therapy sessions for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental challenges.
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under qualified supervision.
Collect and maintain accurate data to track each child's progress.
Work closely with Special Educators, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and parents.
Promote communication, social, learning, and daily living skills through evidence-based ABA techniques.
Participate in team meetings and parent counselling sessions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
Certification or training in ABA is preferred.
Experience working with children with Autism and developmental disorders is an added advantage.
Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills.
Patient, empathetic, and committed to child development.
