Role Purpose:
Fully responsible for sales at an assigned project site — site visits, negotiation, closing — and guides the Jr. Sales Executive in office.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle site visits and present the project to customers
Negotiate and close bookings
Coach and supervise the Jr. Sales Executive at the same site
Keep site inventory/unit availability updated
Update the CRM daily
Required Skills:
Robust closing skills, real estate sales experience, comfortable working independently at a site with a small team.
