We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Air Logistics Operational Care Specialist to join our Operational Care Centre. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end shipment coordination, ensuring timely execution, and delivering high-quality service to our customers while meeting transit time and operational requirements.

How you create impact:
Coordinate and execute airfreight shipments accurately and on time in line with customer requirements
Manage bookings with carriers, partners, and gateways while securing capacity and competitive rates
Monitor shipments proactively, handle deviations,



and ensure timely system updates including financial data
Collaborate with Customer Care, Sales, and internal stakeholders to meet customer expectations
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards
Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating where necessary
Work closely with warehouse, customs, and external partners for smooth shipment execution
Drive process improvements and support automation to enhance operational efficiency
Optimize costs while maintaining service quality and profitability

What we would like you to bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferre
Basic knowledge of airfreight operations, documentation, and compliance
