Job Description
Support and manage Mac OS devices and mobility solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Mac OS and mobility.
Work with Entra ID to manage device authentication and access.
Ensure smooth integration of mobility solutions with existing systems.
Collaborate with the team to improve device performance and user experience.
Assist with software updates and configurations for Mac OS devices.
Document technical processes and maintain system records.
Provide second-level support for mobility-related queries.
