Responsibilities
Robust knowledge of airline business processes: Reservations, Booking, Ticketing, EMD & Inventory.
Understanding of Departure Control Systems, Ancillaries, and Digital Channels (Web/Mobile).
Experience with airline platforms such as Navitaire, Amadeus, Sabre, GDS, Loyalty, Payments & CRM integrations.
Ability to analyze AS-IS and TO-BE business processes for transformation and migration projects.
Expertise in UAT support, test scenario creation, test data preparation, test execution, and API validation.
Robust ownership, stakeholder communication, and quality delivery skills.
