Area Sales Manager/RSM

Responsibilities & Duties:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth within the assigned area.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Set explicit performance objectives and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
Conduct performance reviews and implement strategies for team development and motivation.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
Address customer queries and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular customer visits and meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Operations:
Monitor sales activities,



track performance metrics, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Manage inventory levels, distribution, and logistics to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
Coordinate with marketing, finance, and other departments to support sales initiatives and promotional activities.
Market Development:
Identify and pursue current business opportunities and markets within the designated area.
Develop and execute plans to penetrate recent market segments and expand the customer base.
Analyze competitor activities and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Skills&Qualifications;
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the agriculture equipment sector.
Previous experience in Agrostar, Husqvarna, KisanKraft, IB Monotaro, RatnagiriImpex, Fortune Agro tech, Bonhoeffer Machines
