Designation: Technical Lead (MEAN Stack)

Location: Kochi/Bangalore
Experience: 6+ years

Salary: Up to 15 LPA

Key Responsibilities
Guide and mentor developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and best practices.
Design scalable RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
Ensure code quality through testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver business requirements.
Manage production support, troubleshoot critical issues, and ensure system reliability.
Drive Agile development practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:
Solid expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript, and Angular.
Experience in REST API development and third-party API integration.
Proficiency in Git, unit testing (Jest/Jasmine), Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
