About the Role

As a Founder’s Office Associate, you will work directly with the Founder across both businesses. Your role is to ensure that the company’s highest-priority initiatives move from ideas to execution.

This is a highly cross-functional role where no two days are the same. You will work on strategy, operations, project management, systems, marketing, analytics, and process improvement—wherever the business needs you most.

Your Mission

Help the Founder build scalable businesses by driving execution, improving systems, and ensuring that critical priorities are completed on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Execution
Convert ideas into explicit action plans.
Break strategic goals into weekly and daily deliverables.
Track progress across multiple projects.
Ensure deadlines are met.
Remove roadblocks by coordinating with different teams.

Project Management Lead and coordinate high-impact projects such as:
Website development
Product launches
SOP implementation
Marketing campaigns
Automation initiatives
Process improvement projects
New business initiatives
